Prismaticca Crystal Policy

Effective from September 18 2026

Please read carefully

Crystals are beautiful natural structures and no two are ever the same.

All of our crystals are individual. Product photographs are provided to illustrate the item; variations are to be expected between individual pieces, even within the same crystal type.

Even the same type of crystals can all differ by size, colour, inclusions, flaws, transparency and shape, Natural variations may include mineral lines, texture, and surface features. These characteristics are part of the natural beauty and individuality of each stone, and are not considered faults.

This policy applies to natural stone pieces in all forms, including raw crystals, carvings, jewellery and facial massage tools. As many items are shaped or polished by hand, there may also be slight variations in finish, dimensions or symmetry.

Some crystals may be enhanced or treated; where applicable, this will always be stated in the individual product description.

If you are unsure, please email info@prismaticca.ae before ordering as this will not be considered as a reason for a refund.

Please also note that colours may appear slightly different due to screen settings, lighting and photography.

By completing checkout with us, you accept these terms. Thank you for your understanding.
