Prismaticca Return and Refund Policy

Returns Policy

Should you have any problems or wish to return an item please first contact us via email at info@prismaticca.ae



Returning Items

  • ​Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. 

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Earrings and body piercing jewellery

  • Personal care items such as oils and face rollers

  • Custom-made and personalised items

  • Gift Cards

  • Books with any sign of damage or obvious signs of use

  • Downloadable items

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Sale items

 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Refunds


Please note, all of our items are thoroughly checked before we package and ship them. If you do receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@prismaticca.ae, providing proof of damage. The item should be returned in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact.

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with the original shipping fees incurred.


Discounted or sale items will be refunded at the discounted price.

Once your return is received we will notify you via email. The item will then be inspected for any faults. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

 

All refunds will be made through the original method of payment.

Exchanges


We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@prismaticca.ae and we will get back to you asap. 


Please note, if we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can email us at info@prismaticca.ae and we will discuss the matter with you further.
