We aim to ship items within 48 hours of receiving an order Monday - Friday. Custom items may take longer to prepare.

​

Orders received after 1pm on Fridays will be shipped the next business day.

Orders placed over a weekend or during public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 

Orders placed during store holidays will be dealt with on return to the office. Store holidays will be published on the website and social media.

 

When your order is dispatched, we will send your tracking information to you via email.

Orders should arrive within 48-72 hours after dispatch confirmation.

STANDARD

All Emirates -    30 AED per order below 150 AED 

       Free shipping for orders above 150 AED

       Remote areas - Please email info@prismaticca.ae before completing checkout.

EXPRESS 24 HOURS

​

All Emirates -     45 AED for all orders 

        Orders must be placed before 12pm. Monday - Friday only. Not available for remote areas.
